Holy COW!!! THis is absolutely positively GORGEOUS!!!!.... But the question is, is it functional? I downloaded a house with roofs like that and it was great eye candy but I can only put stuff on the first floor which was one room, and no space to make a bathroom but the bills (taxes on the house) were really steep. Great looking building though!

Surely it is functional. My sims acturally lived in it without any problems. They can move to any corner they like. Only one thing, the pool is just for decoration, sims can not swim under the bridge

Maybe the download is held up at Delphy's desk. He's very busy with the plugin I think...
