I really like the layout. Thanks!

I love all of these! The only thing I don't like about this one is the sorta weird separated front doors, but it's understandable!!!
Now the next thing would be to somehow make a yard, but I guess the space for driveway will work.
keep it up

Thank you. Since these are my first uploaded lots, I really appreciate that people seem to like them.

You're right about the doors. I believe that a double door might work better on the diagonal wall than two single doors.

You can use the LotAdjuster to expand the lot in any direction that you want. It will just increase the price. If you don't like to install unknown programs, I could create another size for you fairly easily. Although, I can't guarantee that it will still be a starter... Perhaps if I also change the roof to a "foundation roof" at the same time?

I've downloaded almost all of the Fledgling Flats, and all I wanna know is HOW THE (expletive deleted) do you get the levels like that?!

I wrote a program which mods the elevations of the grid within the lot package, then experimented a lot. Obviously this isn't an option for the average person. Your best bet is to use the "boolprop constrainfloorelevation false" cheat. I'm hoping to create a program that people can use for some simple roof patterns (flat, sloped, curved), but I haven't had much time recently. Stay tuned...

[Update:]
There's one other option:
niol wrote a tutorial about how to edit the grid elevations by hand:

Wow! Thank you!

My, this one is sooo cool. As I've been downloading, I had just gotten used to the cute modern rectangles, and then... This one's just exceptional, chica!

I have (finally) uploaded the two programs which allow you to make this style of roof:

The program which allows you to create "foundation roofs":

The program which will allow you to set the grid elevations on a lot:

I love this one, it's so modern with out being TOO modern. I don't know if that made sense but, oh well. I really like this lot.
