This is an excellent design, especially the simplicity.

Starters are a quite hard challenge, yes. You start building and then, when you're still far from having reached half of work, discover that you have spent the damned 20000 simoleon!!! Love this serie, also the funny names of the houses. Very good. Thank you and ciao.

Amazing, Phaenoh. Simply amazing...I'll be moving in a lot of Sims from CAS now that they have these pretty starters. Thank you!

You won't have to reroof them. All of the roofs are different! Just the outside wall covering and outdoor tiles are the same!

Thy ot b a litl mor cler wen u typ. I'd suggest redownloading and reunraring it, short of that, explain a bit more clearly what the problem is.

This is beautiful work. It really is, thanks. One question though, do you really need all of them EPs? Because I don't have Bon Voyage... And I really want this house!

The trees I used came with BV, as long as you install with Clean Installer, things might work, I don't know. Your best case scenario is that it installs and all the trees flash blue when you load the lot. Try deleting them. If that works, please report back, I've had other people ask that same question and I don't have a definite answer for them yet.

Thanks for yet another great house. I particularly like the chair recolour, which would have been worth the download on its own.

Phaenoh, I just stumbled over some of your default replacements and then found these little houses. They are exactly what I have been looking for. Thanks very much for making my day with those default swimtrunks and pretty houses!

I have finished downloading everything from your SandSimolean neighborhood and the cottages, looking forward to moving some of my bright shiny new college grads in to start their new lives! Thanks for all your hard work!

Cool, a starter with a pool! That'll be a change for me. I just love the names you chose for these houses. Great job, and thanks a bunch for sharing!

This is a very interesting looking house. In a good way though. The black has a very nice effect. Thanks!
