The yellow area problem consumers do not create the world? Closer view and no yellow region,How should solve?

The yellow paint is for the camera routing. It also is sim non-routing. You need to erase all the yellow paint, you don't need any on an island. Then just use the blue non-routing paint where you don't want your sims to go.
