This may or may not have been done yet but I haven't been able to find it. IS there any mod yet to allow teens to be in the active career for acting? Or maybe just a career for acting for teens that isn't active but is updated to give fame?

You can get the fame. Not sure about actual studio acting. Children and Teens can join after school activities for fame points, can buddy up with a child or teen celebrity (if you can find one), be the child of famous celebrity, stuff like that.
