Default climbing up a speedy pole
I didn't think you could climb up a speedy pole but our maid did it. I locked the front door and the only in the house was the front door and the speedy pole. It took her about 10 tries to make it up, she kept falling and slipping down.

But yeah, you can climb up a firepole, and how easy it is depends on your Athletic skill. Get a maid with higher athletic.
