This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Pregnancy morphs
How do I know if a piece of clothing has a pregnancy morph?
I don't know what I'm looking for in SimPe.

You would extract the mesh from the mesh package in SimPE, then import it in Milkshape (or any other meshing program you use)
You'll see a preg morph if there is one.

1st open the GMDC and look in the 'Model' tab, down the bottom it'll list the 'Model Section - Names' which are the morphs if they exist. If it doesn't have pregbot or pregtop then it doesn't have pregnancy morphs.
