you can download movies to be put as television programs on TV to do watch The Sims? If you where do I drain them or how do I drain them?

If you mean you want to put videos into the game to play on the sim's TVs, then you go into the EA Games folder and go into the Movies folder, then the broadcast folder and you can put a video into any of the channel files. Choose a channel you can find when changing the channel in-game. When in the game, turn on the TV and change it to the channel you put the video into and it should eventually play your video.

What format should the video I install be? And how long should it last?
