I know that it's supposed to mean that the morph mod has a different number of faces/vertices from the original. But I'm getting it when the only thing I've done is duplicate the original mesh and have changed nothing.

Can anyone help?

Have you tried deleting the bone assignments on the morph (just mark all vertices, select "none" and "0" for all the bone in the Joints menu, and click "assign")? Also, have you checked that the comments are correct?

And are you using Milkshape or Blender?

Milkshape. I redid the comments and that seems to have fixed it, thanks.
