Default Sims Castaway Stories
I recently got Sims Castaway Stories and I was wondering if any of the stuff there was transferrable to the main Sims 2 game. For example, the swimmable lakes that Castaway has. I'd love to be able to transfer that to my base game.

Has anyone managed anything like this?

However, there is a totally legit way of getting swimmable lakes. There is a tutorial on this site at: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=158216

But there're some TS2 objects on here that have been converted from TS3, isn't that the same thing...?

Not really. EA doesn't seem to have a problem with converting from TS2 to TS3 (or TS3 to TS2) but when Numenor converted objects from Life Stories to Sims 2, they made him take the objects down. So we don't allow conversions from Stories to TS2, or linking to said items. Stories to TS3 or whatever I think would be fine - but if EA said "take it down" we'd have to comply.
