Default Neighborhood terrain color...
Is there anywhere that says how to edit it? I know people tried to make snow a long time ago(and failed...), but I'd like a darker, more SC4ish terrain color.

I'll use Foreverjadon's Edisa terrain as an example.

Notice the actual neighborhood is alot lighter than the SC4 version. I'd like to make the grass default more darker.
