Hi,

I have just downloaded the current version of Clean Pack Installer. For some reason, I cannot seem to get the download to appear in the directory. I only have the browse option. I have to click on My Computer and click on My Downloads and find the folder I want to work on. This only gives me a few of the downloads not the whole file. This doesn't seem right to me so I ask you for some help with this program.

I'm not completely sure what you mean. Do you mean you have a file in your Downloads folder, but when you open the folder with Clean Installer, it doesn't show up? What kind of a file is it? Do you have files in subfolders?
