I use Wings 3D, I haven't done anything since Sims 3 came out, but I might get back to it.
I tried Milkshape in the beginning but found it to clunky.

You can find more of my stuff here: http://www.blackpearlsims.com/downloads.php

I use Milkshape. I've tried blender and Wings. Couldn't get the trial of Maya to download. *shrugs*

I like to use Milkshape, seems easier to me to shape things around it, But i use Wings 3D sometime when i can't figure out a certain thing in Milkshape
Doing all the things, and *mostly* not failing.

With sims stuff I use Milkshape, but with school stuff I use SolidWorks or AliasStudioTools.

I use Milkshape for meshing and uvmapper to flatten out round parts.
