Have you deleted your cache files in My Docs/The Sims 3, plus the CASThumbnails.package in the Thumbnails folder?
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.

That didn't work it's a full make up which I have created myself using CASPartsEditor
Why did that picture did I missed something?!
