Ah, first post

Before I bought any EP's, I decided to create two separate places, as I thought the Sims could travel between neighborhoods.
Now I finally want to fix this problem, but I will need your help!

This neighborhood has a main area, and a small shopping district, and I would like to move it to the other neighborhood. So is it possible if I can place the area under 'downtown region', and the shopping area, under the new shopping area.
