This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default Can you change a non-adult sim's name?
In TS3, can you change a non-adult, specifically a baby/toddler, sim's name? Is there a hack or console command to do this? Can I modify some user files to do this? Is it possible, but simply unknown at this time?

You can click on the town hall and change any sim's name, IIRC.
