I love this thread. It has something that the houses and rooms threads lack...

Here's a restaurant. It doesn't work though. For some reason sims act like the seating booths are in the way, instead of just sit in them:
Also, I intended this to be the dancing floor, with the dj booth hidden behind the glass. But apparently sims need to dance EXACTLY in front of the booth, so they crowd the narrow space in between.
I even built a small cloakroom... It all feels so useless now...

It's beautiful Nissun. I love how you decorated your business. The coat room was a great idea. I don't think anybody else ever thought of that.

I read on the "things you discovered today" thread that sims can have LAN parties, so I rushed off to create an internet cafe so my sims could do that:

My little hotel I made, its like a country type. Its not really useable because I don't have Bon voyage sadly yet. But I just decided to make one. And there's a lot of pictures :P

Had a sim owned hometown restaurant that I ended up not playing because of how boring and bland it looked. So after months, I decided to redecorate it and turn it into a waffle house! (still not fully furnished)

These places look really amazing.
I wanted a place so my sims could go for a drink, but I wasn't really inspired at the time. Still, it turned out to be a great hit. My sims loved it!
I also created a small pet shop, though I doubt I'll be playing many pets in this neighborhood.

My new store for my community lot project I'm working on. I spent my whole afternoon decorating this.
Yes, I used Paint to copy and save pictures,just because it used a lot of time to open, unlike Photoshop.
Here it is:
