I have a couple of skin overlays an example that I really like and want to fix is Eve V5 skin. It's nondefault. I can't wear a lot of my makeup and the new scars from the get famous expansion pack. they lay beneath the overlay skin. I've gone to CAS Tools and edited the package. It was on Layer 2100. I lowered it, but it won't work if it's below 700. at 700 it still won't work. this is true for most of my skin overlays. If anyone can link me cool skin or help me fix this that would be awesome.
