Default can I make my own apartment thingy?
i know you can change lot types, i was just wondering if i could make apartments like you could on the sims 2...

also wish we could have room mates

Unfortunately, multiple households living on the same lot isn't possible in TS3, at least not yet. Not sure if it will be either, so I don't want to get your hopes up.

The concept of roommates is implemented the same way as roommates in houses; you just have unrelated sims living together.
