I'm still using the fire escape build set by CTNutmegger. It has a matching fence and a matching mesh flooring.
Because I couldn't find them anywhere, and maybe someone wants them, here is a download link.

I'd recommend doing a WCIF for Raynuss's objects. I know folks have them uploaded, but I'm not sure who, or where. If you put that you're specifically looking for his, you might have better luck finding them. I'll also keep my eyes peeled to see if anybody has it in their signature, and post back if i find anything useful. Unfortunately, Raynuss did not give us any kind of heads-up that his site was coming to an end, so archiving efforts never really had a chance. =(
