Default Business open/close sign that doesn't hang on a wall
For a business lot that has no walls, an open/close sign that sets on the ground. Doesn't need to be a 'sign' sign, just an object that sits outside and functions for open/close, I want to use on owned community lots that are supposed to be family only because in a world where lots weren't limited to six-by-five, they'd be the back acres.

I'm pretty sure I had such a thing once, but I can't remember where I got it or who made it.
