Default Downloads?
In my downloads section they are all listed like 0a06997f1f4beede9620083e8daecaaf_0001
0ab850ed316d423e6cffb934ff31468a
7fccd727_Jinx_01a (just picking random ones here)
This is very annoying as I don't know what I've downloaded.
Can this be fixed somehow?

I have run into this problem too.

Sorry, no solution, but I am putting all these into a "misc." folder within my downloads folder. I am trying to sort through my downloads so I know which ones are EP ready. It is going to take some time seeing how I have about 5700. eep.

I know that here on this board they have started a database for package names, so you know who made what, etc, but I don't know how you can figure ot the numbers. Are these TSR downloads perhaps? Sorry to all you anti-TSR folks here, but I like some of their stuff.
