This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Any Body Have A Problem With the fire department
no matter witch house im in i have a problem with the fire dept the alarm goes off they never come and i can call and they never come any known hack problems cause this

I have this problem too, I don't know what happen... :-(
It is perhaps a phonehack problem.

I found the problem. Remove any firetruck without star from your catalog.
