After some pretty expensive projects i thought it could be fun to attempt to build a cheap house ..

Atfirst i attempted to set the limit at 10.000 but soon found out that was pretty difficult, so i raised the limit to 20.000 still making it available for fresh sims not wanting to use anything naughty to get a good start in life :p

NB!!! it seems that when you export lots the "hacks" installed in the game follows with the lot, so when you install it you also get the mod installed in your game. This COULD mean that you from downloading this lot will get my modifications... as far as i know the only think currently active for me is the no jealousy hack ... if you dont want this in your game then dont download it!!! As always .. back up your files!!!
