Asian clothes
Any "Asian" clothes- - Chinese, Japanese, Vietnam, etc. Found lots for females (mostly adult & teen), but need toddler and elder. Have some Japanese AM, but can't find other male ages. And EVERYTHING I've found is Everyday (although a few are also Outer and PJ)

So... what do you think you're looking for? What period in time? People in Asia wore really different clothing depending on time, regime and place. Have you looked into what people wore for sleepwear in the past? I'm pretty sure they did what people in Europe did - they took the outer clothing off and slept in their underclothing. In that case you might just enable some clothing for sleepwear yourself. Same with outerwear - if it looks warm enough you can just make it outerwear. Swimwear would be pretty much like sleepwear, just take off enough to still be modest, or just everything. Same with underwear.
Oh, and btw, I know that in the past, for lots of cultures around the world there wasn't any 'boys' or 'girls' clothing for really young children. Some of the stuff boys would wear until a certain age looks 'girlish' to us now, but then it was unisex.
Talking about modern day, people in Asia wear the same stuff we do, with a few exceptions (people wearing traditional stuff, e.g. some women in India wearing Saris and some older people in Japan still wearing kimonos regularly, etc.) so I'm assuming you're not talking about that, unless you're looking for shirts with texts in Asian languages or specific subcultures of a country.
For traditional(-like) stuff, Skell has done some:

Plumbbob keep is mostly, but not just for European medieval/traditional, I recommend browsing around to see if you find other stuff you like, but the following Pinterest boards are a good start. LadyAquanine has tons of boards on Pinterest, just look through them:

Yes, no particular nation or time (just not, of course, modern), and I do realize that technically they are very different. But my hood, and the Sims I've made (using skins that don't have eye creases - forget what those are called). And I am using my medieval undies/swim/PJ. ladyyaqua shows some great Mongolian clothes, very ornate! but I don't know how to get to a downloadable from there.

I think you're talking about monolids. Not all people in Asia have those, but I don't know exactly what regions do and what regions don't have them in general.
South-Asia tends to be ignored a bit when it comes to CC, sadly. The only thing I could find related to Vietnam, for example is this:

One thing that will help you find more stuff yourself is looking up the names of the traditional clothing you're looking for, then search for a sims download for that. You know, like haori, áo dài, cheongsam, etc.

There are some Korean hanboks on MTS although they don't really look like the hanboks that I was expecting.
