OK, I found something new... so I right-clicked and i ran it with the high-performance NIVIDIA processor instead of the default one.. now it's a black screen when I try to play.. I am not sure if this uis any better but it's a change which makes me feel like this can be fixed. So it is now just stuck on a black screen when I try to load it..

Alright I fixed it!!

Here's the solution I used:
Applied patch to my game I had downloaded
Applied 4GB patch however I am not sure if that was applied correctly...
right clicked and ran my game graphics processor with NIVIDIA NOT the default one
went into properties and ran my game in windowed mode!
