Hi everyone! I hear that this is some sorta create your own outfits, hairstyles, things like that. Where would I be able to do that?

In Body Shop, which comes with your game. There's all manner of tutorials on doing so - look in the Tutorials forum at the top of this one, or (perhaps a bit easier), Create > Sims 2 > Tutorials
