I don't know how to make good lipstick. Can someone tell me how to create shiny lipstick?

shiny on sims things is done by brighter/lighter color. Look carefully at photos of lipstick you like, all that you see there in terms of highlights and shadow and texture, you want to get on the graphic you make.
