This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default there is a mod that makes kids use any object?
I realized that my son can not go in a jacuzzi , there is any mod that make kids do what they want?

It can't be done globally. Each individual object/interaction has to be enabled for kids, so you'll have to look for kid-enabling items. I don't know of one for the hot tub, but there are hobby objects for children, and juice making and getting bottles out of the fridge for toddlers are both available.

Children can't get into a hot tub, but if you have Bon Voyage they can get into a hot spring.
