The original poster, sims-jeb doesn't have their Tumblr anymore, and the Dropbox link comes up with a 404 error. Does anyone know some where I can find a working link for this hair?

Lol I know, speaking of hair, some hair retextures have file sizes that twice as large! (I mean, they're just retextures ).
