I need to find RABBIT TAILS for Male & Female ONLY ON the sims 3 cause I can not find one that matches my Expectations so I decided to get some help from here

Have you tried this? ScreamingMustard is a creator on The Sims Resource and she does quite a bit of anime content. Even though this looks like a Playboy Bunny set it is based off of a popular cosplay trend
in Japan, where girls dress up as bunny gijinkas. The Rabbit ears and tail may work for you though I don't think it is recolorable but you can try anyways!
