Can someone please direct me to the tutorial about implementing the inis to the world? The one I found seems to change nothing.

It's the exact method as the tut I did on designating a world a city, you just import your ini files instead of the city resource.

Edit:
The other method is placing a folder in the world folder named Config, and placing the files in that folder.

Thank you so much for this! I'm using the Uni height map & distant terrain to make a world modeled after the Texas hill country (finally!!). I've been wanting to tackle this project for more than a year, but the existing terrains were either coastal or too mountainous, or some other quality that made them unsuitable. Yay!

Do you happen to know where i could find the distant terrain for the university town?

It shows up in my regular caw as University Distant Terrain. In the filter box type in "distant" and it should be at the bottom of the list.

As long as you have the Uni EP installed, it should show up in your Metadata. Search the metadata for terrain.
