Default Furniture at an angle
Was really glad that there is no cheat necessary anymore for 45 deg angle of furniture, but now I see that there is a smaller angle that you can place stuff now.... sort of like a "nudge" angle.... how is that accomplished?

Found my answer-- playing with the "disablesnappingtoslotson" cheat...

Really...I didn't know that, my 'snapobjectstogrid false' dosen't work anymore.

mmm... yeah, it's great! Click,hold left mouse and drag while pressing "alt" and you can put anything on whatever angle you want... click left mouse and drag and you can place off grid like with "snapobjectstogrid" cheat in sims2
