Default Problems with creating waterplanes
Hi, hope someone can help me with my problem concerning waterplanes. I did this successfully in the past so I'm not sure where my mistake is.

When I try to create water planes for my custom world following this tutorial on MTS, I get the "divided by zero" error message on opening the world again. CAW doesn't work properly anymore and the world instance is not usable anymore. If I double check with Super CAW there is no waterplane.

In the tutorial thread someone described this error, too, and zaide_chris said it was a problem with the site and that they had fixed it. Is the site broken again? Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas are appreciated, thank you!

Hi @Vincent T. , try using Sandrine's stand alone program instead. Download in this post:

Thanks for replying, Simsample! I tried that one, but it gives only a very short hex output:

Is this enough?

Also, where would I insert this code?

Paste it into a current waterplane file. You can download one here:

Hey Simsample, I was having the same trouble and I did notice a couple of things that someone with more brains than I have when it comes to computers might look into. I went back to some old water plane files and opened them up in HxD and noticed that the hex was totally different in the older files than in the ones generated now. Here is what I saw (pictures attached) I am wondering if the website might have changed something with the generator that is now causing the problems. Like I said I do not have the computer savvy like others do but thought I would show you this

@flstrider Yes, that's why I advised the original poster to use Sandrine's stand alone generator. The output basically looks like an error message.
