Default WCIF Pregnant sims can use the hot tub mod?
I know it's not advisable in real life, but sims never have miscarriages nor birth complications, even those that might occur due to the absence of any uterus, so I don't see why they should beware of hot tubs. Did anyone make this?

Thanks, I actually checked Squinges stuff but only the EP8 subforum. I also did find the hot springs one, but I don't actually have BV (yet).

Why is it not advisable in RL?

Because people like to tell pregnant women what they should and should not do?

Sorry - cynical. There's probably some reason that increases the chances (ever so slightly) of miscarriage.

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.
I'm here on tumblr and my site, tflc

I've heard two possible reasons: either it is dangerous for the mother due to possible overheating, or dangerous for the fetus. I'm not sure which is more accurate.

From the Mayo Clinic's website:

Pregnancy and hot tubs can be a risky combination.

Spending 10 minutes or more in a hot tub can raise your body temperature to 102 F (38.9 C), causing a condition known as hyperthermia. Studies have shown an increased risk of neural tube defects – serious abnormalities of the brain or spinal cord – in the babies of women who experience high temperatures during the first four to six weeks of pregnancy. Some studies also suggest that hyperthermia during pregnancy increases the risk of other birth defects and miscarriage, but further research is needed.

Even with this hack, pregnant sims still can't woohoo in the hot tub. Oh well, there was an attempt.
