Default Was there ever a fix for bad lighting on shiftable wall items?
I seem to remember seeing it but I don't have it, so I was either too lazy to download, or I'm just mistaken. Anybody know?

I'm talking about the issue that when you shift an item down past a certain level, it takes on the lighting of the floor below, so often appears dark.

I'm not sure that's it, is it? But I'm a little confused by what that download actually does.

It does what you are asking about. When objects and paintings are shifted down the wall there is no change in how they appear - the lighting is not affected.

There isn't just one fix for all objects in "one" mod - although that would be awesome. So far it's only fixable per object.
