Is there a similar mod for sims 3? I usually play with 2 to 3 sims in a household, so I wanted a way to change the default 8 servings the game has. Thanks

Icarus' Cook With Any Ingredient mod will allow you to do this and I think it can be tuned to make the number of servings permanent. Might be more mod than you really wanted though, unless you were already planning on having it.

What I've always wanted was for larger group servings to require more of each ingredient than smaller and single-servings, but have never seen anyone come up with a mod that does that. Have you ever tried to cook breakfast for eight people using only one egg? An ostrich egg might work that way, but my local store charges around $50 (USD) for those and I've never seen anyone actually buy one, they might really be there just for show.

And, as the usual argument goes, if one egg is meant to be representative of a carton of eggs, then why must I use an entire carton to prepare a single serving? (same with fruit, etc.)

I read through the mod description, and boy it really does a lot aside from changing the group servings quantity. I would have preferred a mod that does just that. But yeah, for the meantime I'll use this one. Thank you
