WCIF a mod that stops hobby chance cards? More specifically, those that only affect whether their enthusiasm goes up or down. I don't give a damn about their interests, so it's pretty uninteresting and annoying to get those chance cards all of the time. I know I can just click "Ignore", but they're still an interruption.
