You used to be able to download it HERE but Zerbu sadly deleted his whole tumblr. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me an alternative link. Thanks.

Indiaskapie on Sims Resource has a mod that includes new Dr Who icons and some of Zerbu's. http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/1344022.
