TSRW says different...

In the .zip is a messed up version (After import into Blender) and a normal version.

Experiment with Blenders import settings.
It could be that changing the OBJ export setting you made earlier have the same effect on the import settings....
It doesn't make sence but i think that is wat happened.

I've messed around with the import settings, but there isn't a working way so far...

Blender will recalculate any vertices that are split as a hard edge. My object tools fix this, but they are made for the s3pi pipeline. Idk if you could remove the splits and get around it with the obj settings.

Sorry for taking so long. There is an option to keep vert order, however, the mesh turns out "bleeding?" like this:

Is this correct?

Maybe I should just try making my objects with S3OC and s3pe.

This is a Blender issue, has nothing to do with s3OC, S3PE or TSRW

I know, but Cmo's tools are suitable for that pipeline.

Yup, they can be used with tsrw aswell if you prefer, just import your mesh under project contents.
