WCIF - Playable Tutorial Joe

Do you guys know if someone ever re-created or extracted Tutorial Joe from the Tutorial neighborhood? I would love to play him in Pleasantview.

You can create him yourself pretty easily. He's just a face 1 sim with a basegame outfit. The sims wiki has his personality and interests if you want to make them exact (they're different in each tutorial part so pick a version of him that you like the most).
