I’d love to have winter in my game. I already have animated falling snow, snowy roof, snowy terrain paint, snowy walls and all that stuff.. But it all seems so stupid when outside the lot everything is lush green.
Sadly the first snow mod is broken, and it doesn’t seem like it’ll be fixed.

So are there any skyline replacements, any defaut grass replacements or basically anything, that can make my world more winter-like?
I’ve been thinking about using the fall mod with all my winter cc as a last option, having an autumn world with snowy lots is still better than having a green one.

This is not broken, and works perfectly with the latest patch and it should continue to function as all it does is override texture replacements.

There are 4 files and they optional.

Base game Textures is a must

Rest are optional:

Outdoor Retreat textures
Get To Work textures
Get Together Textures
City Living Textures

Download for the packs you have got if you want it also in Winderburg, etc.

Mind you if you got C&D then there won't be much change in that world as yet, until it's or if it gets updated, but rest of the worlds are perfectly fine.

Yesterday I've downloaded First Snow and put mod folder in my mods, game crashed just after loading a household. (I have Cats and Dogs)

Try the cleaned up version which replaces only the textures, and not outdated code replacing newer code which is causing your crash.

Thanks! But these are for lots, not for the world, and my problem was with the super green summer-like world, not the lots. Besides, I already have these. But thank you anyways! :D
