1. I spent unhealthy time in SimPE looking for the resource defining the zodiac signs parameters - namely: limits between which the personalities should be (e.g. Virgo is supposed to have less (?) than 5 outgoing, more than 5 neat etc. so there is some resource defining that).

So, the actual question 1. is: does anybody knows where said resource is?

2nd question.

Is there a way to determine the limits of sim random creation (as e.g. randomly generated townies, not predetermined rule sims etc.). I do not mind ginger/blondie, blue-eyed dark skin (S4) sims occasionally, but the game has a habit to make them in batches (and reediting genetics in SimPE over and over again is a pain in the back).
