Default Expanded lot, can't use basement in half of it.
I downloaded a 40x40 prebuilt house and placed it on a 64x64 lot to give myself a back yard. I can build basements, pools and fountains in the new backyard space, but if I try to place anything in them, like stairs, it won't let me. Any ideas?
