Hi, I do know if this gos here but can any one help me? I am trying to recolor this it is form the sims 3 store. I wont to color it like this what do i do..?

Sims 3 Store items are protected files and the only way to edit them would be to somehow extract the package inside. However, Mod the Sims does not advocate or endorse extracting store content.
