Make sure the textures are in the correct format and check your ingame videocard options(set simdetail to high)

Thanks so much!

I made sure the textures.
Alphamap, diffusemap and controlmap saved dds.(DXT3. and I challanged DXT5)
Specularmap saved DXT1.
Those textures imported Hair texture tab(texture) and material tab(mesh) in TSRW.
And normalmap is little green.( I used key)

Then, I set simdatail to high in my game option.

but the ploblems not solved.

ummmm....

Besides, is there a cause?

Then, I can't speak English well.
When it is not easy to read, I'm sorry.

Hmmm... the right sideburn seems to have an UV map issue, try to adjust it in Milkshape pressing Ctrl+T (and make sure the hair or group is selected)
Blurry textures can be your graphics, the textures you're using or the UV map could. Try fixing any of those

Sims 2 hairs used a 512x512 texture but TS3 uses 1024x1024, make sure you use the same sized texture that you extracted from the TS2 hair.

Thank you for advice!

I made sure UV map& texture size.
They look like no problem.

But, I thought that there was a problem in the texture because I heard your advice.
I will redraw the texture.

Please let me consult again if it doesn't solve the problem.
