Hi all, SimPE - tools - object creation - skin workshop (is this the mesh tool?)

is that the new way to clone a sims body or hair mesh for making new ones?

Is this still the only way to clone sims body and hair mesh

is there a way to use Wings 3D for body meshing, or in another word is there a way do do body/hair meshing without the UniMesh/mesh tool. because I simply cannot get milkshape, and also cannot find a tutorial that would let me use c4d to do body/hair meshing.
