Default WCIF: A mod for it to always rain?
I'm creating a Victorian and Tudor mixed 'hood called "Gotterdammerung" which takes a lot of the inspiration from Norse mythology and Gothic subculture with some apocalypse vibe too. But a sunny atmosphere just doesn't fit. I'd like it to always rain so there would be grey skies and the like to set the ambiance. Know of a mod for this?

A mod that makes it snow always would be fine too, I guess. Anything to get out of the sun.

It's purely decorative but would help with the gloomy feel.

If you don't mind setting it on a lot by lot basis, the Seasons and Weather controller by Simwardrobe can be set to rain. There is a link to it in Bulbizarre's signature.

Nopke's default replacement skies come with a default replacement for the sun that makes it invisible. No more bright white circle stamped on your gloomy clouds. I think the skies themselves might be a bit too cheerful for what you want though.
