I am looking for dirty fingernails for all genders and ages of my sims.

I've never seen anything like this. Perhaps trying a set of nails you can apply a pattern to might do the trick though?

Or you could experiment with these type of nails and CAS the white 'tip' black and the rest flesh/nail colour (or a little grimey)
