Default Nemestnaya's Typewriter
I was looking for another typewriter to download (since I don't like the fully functional ones that are available), and I came across a mention of a 2t4 conversion of one made by a TS2 creator named Nemestnaya from BlackPearlSims. That site is of course down, and I was wondering if anyone has a download link for it? I'd also appreciate any other recommendations for deco typewriters

You can find files from BPS at UnderYourSkin, thanks to yuichen. You can also find Nemanstaynas files at SimPearls, thanks to ekrubynaffit.
